2011-01-17 Getting Ready

Bride getting ready for the big day. For the 365 project there are no rules... strict would be take a picture every day and post it. But what about 'post' work? I spend a lot of time retouching photos. So today, for the 365 Project I am going to post a photo I took a couple months ago, but am revisiting it in post production work today.

Now shooting weddings!

It's official... I am finally advertising wedding photography!

It was tough figuring up the pricing system. On one hand, photographers are charging by the print. These artists spend hours and hours in post production making wall art! On the other hand there are photographers charging one set price and turn over all the duplication rights. This is becoming the norm and where the industry should go!

So where does that leave me? I am a perfectionist. I will spend hours in post production on your photos, touching up a bit here and there... and certainly will spend a healthy amount of time on my signature pieces! It's my goal to have you actually print these out (I have a few GREAT printers to recommend) and proudly hang them on your wall!
